3 Bedroom Townhome

There is a the master bedroom which takes up the entire third floor. It has a huge walk-in closet, bathroom and balcony. There is 2 other bedrooms on the first and second floors. Each also have their own bathrooms. The house is normally nice and quiet despite the fact that is located right in the heart of Pacific Beach. There is a second balcony off the living room on the second floor.

The space

The whole house is at your disposal. Except for the garage and the storage under the stairs. Which we are using to keep our personal belongings while out of town.

Guest access

You're welcome to use the common areas. They are on the second floor and consist of a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and balcony.
