Dynamite House for families and friends

This is a newly remodeled 4 bedroom house in a great area of Pacific Beach. Right around the corner from a shopping complex and walkable to the bars and restaurants on Garnet and about a mile to the beach. Great for large groups or families on vacation. We also love longer term stays and this place sets up great for Travel Nurses or International students for 1-9 month lease. Also great for families in need of temporary housing during a remodel or new home search.

4 nicely appointed and private bedrooms, a large open kitchen and living room with dining bar and two outdoor patios with seating and dining space. Parking for up to 4 cars on site and free street parking as well.

We have the back house on the same lot that is rented out seperately.
